五十年前的八七水災



淹沒了中南部



實際受災面積達1,365平方公里 



受災居民達30餘萬人 



死亡人數達667人 



失蹤者近千人



受傷者數千餘人



房屋全毀者23,215戶



半毀者18,754戶



災區的交通通訊幾乎全部中斷



一切都發生在1949,那個國共內戰,物資缺乏,民心浮動的大時代



當我們以為五十年過去



台灣不再動盪貧窮



自信有足夠的能力以應付我們夏日的宿敵



我們認為自己在繳納稅金



政府可以保障自己的權利不受侵害



在自己的屋中可以安心入睡



土地不會憑空消失



中華民國,一個一年總稅收一兆以上的國家



八七水災五十年後的今天



沒辦法保障人民免於當年的災禍



沒辦法使所有善盡繳稅義務的國民



安 居 樂 業

這些詞句,竟是如此的脆弱,如此不堪.一擊







我們有五十年的時間,建立完善的排水系統



我們有五十年的時間,阻止地勢低平的南部地區超抽地下水



我們有五十年的時間,將道路設施以高品質施工



我們還有五十載的經驗,應該可以沉穩的面對我們的宿敵



但,我們都沒做到,沒做好,甚至沒想到要做



中華民國憲法第十五條明載:



「人民之生存權、工作權及財產權，應予保障。」



然而政府沒有達到它憲法上的承諾



那人民該如何自處?



或許我們可以在獨立宣言中找到答案:

"我等之見解為，下述真理不證自明：凡人生而平等，秉造物者之賜，擁諸無可轉讓之權利，包含生命權、自由權、與追尋幸福之權（原意為：擁有私人資產之權）。

茲確保如此權力，立政府於人民之間，經受統治者之同意取得應有之權力；特此，無論何種政體於何時壞此標的，則人民有權改組或棄絕之，並另立新政府"(摘自維基百科)



在我島蒙難的同時,

我們,以及我們的政府不妨想想



自己的義務 權利 以及最後的 選擇

說走,就走.

半年後,我們就出發了



走過時速只有20公里的陡坡





走進雲深處的合歡山



一路自海拔三千多公尺騎到太魯閣的出口





幹 活到現在,總算有故事數十年後可以用"拎祖公當年..."開頭了



有被小龜騎的羊



有謝家獨門捷徑



有一杯是小龜的也是啟倫的大杯可樂



有被我們用完的全新屈臣氏曬後膏



有比阿慈還多話的毛怪

已經各奔南北兩年了

我們才會知道:下流也是種風流,低俗不過是另一類不矯揉做作的風趣







如果當時沒和老爸一起看爆坊將軍

你不會知道一個經得起時代考驗的梗可以一用就是二,三十年

你不會知道究竟是照公式般演出的將軍是傻瓜 ,

還是每天守在Z頻道期待它有新劇情出現的自己

才是蠢蛋



沒有老爸的啟蒙,我們都將會是面對茫茫笑點之海不得其門而入的無知小孩





笑點本於人性

而人性的塑造始於童年



隨著年歲的增長

我們開始反思:

"幹!自己到底好不好笑?"

"我剛剛到底是不是損了人又難笑透頂?"

陷入笑點的兩難中,輾轉難眠



因為我們忘了...走在路上使我們會心一笑的,引來路人側目的

是當我們想起了自己小時候在大約這個地方捉弄了誰,做了甚麼蠢事

是當我們一心一意想做好某事,卻弄巧成拙,大家報以哄堂大笑

是當我們沉溺在往日歡笑,不時回望

是來自每一次吉宗大人說"你忘記余的面容嗎?"主題曲頓時響起的澎湃悸動
